Julie founded Born in 2008. She previously worked in Marketing, Innovation and Brand roles within Unilever and Aer Lingus as well as heading up the Red Bull company in Ireland. She has sat on the Boards of Wm Grant & Sons, BINC and Dublin Fringe Festival.
Julie is the conductor across all Born projects. She is most passionate about creating containers of insight, creativity and energy to allow the emergence of breakthroughs. She loves to work on future strategies to radically change systems that no longer best serve the humans inside and outside an organisation.
She believes that business does better when the head is in service to the heart. She attracts brave hearted leaders with a channelled restfulness to create a positive legacy.
She has a not-so-secret passion for ‘a magical island’ in Greece, sharing stories and exploring culture.
