We collect email addresses and contact details via in-store and online competitions and surveys (as part of our terms and conditions), and when customers sign up to our mailing list via our website. We only collect address details submitted to us through our online ordering system to fulfil purchases made online or by phone. We do not use details sourced from any other channels.

We retain two types of information:

This includes information that identifies you or can be used to identify or contact you: name, address, email address, user IP addresses (where not deleted, clipped, or anonymised), telephone number, and billing information. Updating, Verifying & Deleting Personal Data

You may inform us of any updates to your personal data at any time. In accordance with GDPR and earlier data protection legislation, we will update or delete your information as requested. To review, correct, or delete your data, contact us at info@born.ie. We aim to respond promptly to all data subject requests.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

Any updates to this policy will be posted on the BORN website. If we change the way we use your data in a significant way, we will notify you and give you the opportunity to opt out of the new use.
