Oxfam’s strategic direction was to grow from a development organisation to a movement that mobilises the power of people against poverty. Our job was to bring the team and the brand on the journey towards powering participation.
We kicked off the process with a Vision Quest – a team process dedicated to aligning and energising the team behind a new manifesto. These inputs led us to a research stage where we created opportunities for the team to spend time in conversation and connection with brand activists and supporters – these conversations informed a refreshed brand insight and positioning. To make the positioning real we delivered an ideas generation process that sought to strengthen existing programs as well as deliver five big new ideas to people raise and fund raise.
